OK, since we have a WOO-HOO thread we must have it's evil alter ego.

My rant is that it is hot and humid.

Mine is that it has been raining for the past week and the rain will continue for most of this week. It would be nice to see the sun, even for a couple of minutes.

Yeah, and we're seeing way too much sun where I am...the weather wizards are predicting 90's by the weekend with no rain in sight.

The heat is on...supposed to get into the mid 90's by Sunday.

I live in a climate where A/C isn't ordinarily needed, so this is going to be really nasty.

Not exactly a rant, but I just noticed the Google Maps feature on the "Who's Online" page. Kinda creepy since we get to know where everyone lives, yet I have nothing to fear as they apparently managed to get the location of my house wrong by more than 10 miles.

To me the summer finally here is absolutely WOO HOO. I couldn't hang anymore this winter.

SJPavlova, I love the idea of being a bit the odd one, but actually I think we're a pretty intenational group: Martina is from germany, Spezi is from the US but lives in Germany too, KArool is from Mexico, Olayera is from moscow. MAybe I'm the only spanish one living in FRance he he... I recall Ozrussia being from France from another forum, maybe I'm wrong?

It's just that's hardly 08.00 in the morning here...

Heeehee I edited my post after realizing that. Wups... but you got to admit that France is the coolest of them all! I miss my Paris!

Yes, IP addresses only give a general vicinity.

OK, the Google map is gone. That was a bit creepy...so sorry for putting you guys through that!

I mean, we're a nice bunch right now (and Who's Online is only available to members) but I'm not sure I want that Google map feature as we grow larger.

The heat is on...got up to 92 today. Only going to get worse over the weekend into next week.

Today it`s been awesome outside and I guess it was similar down there?!? I was outside almost all day.
The only rant I could have about today is that I could not sleep in.......

And I need new glasses!! But this is a semi-rant hehe. The rant is that the values of my eyes changed, but the great part of it is that I get new glasses which look nice and sunglasses in addition which I wanted to have for some time.

I wear contacts most of the time...never could stand glasses.
