I always loved the close to the floor pasage. There has been many wonderful ones.
My favourite one is Natalia Frolova's 1986 routine, so dramatic.
Other very interesting and contemporary ones are Bogiskaya's and Strazhevas.

But I'll start with someone that has always performed gorgeous close to the floor passage, and often more than one or two in the same routine. Here you have Liu Xuan, when she was between olympics. At 0.39:
