| In honor of our picture at the top, please discuss!
Am I correct in remembering that she is still the only gymnast to achieve a perfect score in the AA at a major competition (Olomouc, IIRC)? |

| Yep she scored a perfect 40.0 at the 1984 Alternate Games. I have always been impressed with her Balance Beam routines which where difficult and artistic. Oh and she had gorgeous flexibilty.
This is my favorite routine of Mosty: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nt-DYk0d0wI |

| Oh yeah, that is an awesome routine. I really don't see how it could be any more perfect than that! Everything down to the most minute details is accounted for. |

| She reminds me of ballerina. The reason I love watching her routines from the Alternate Games is because it's like watching a silent movie. |

| I love Mostepanova! Her alternate games performances are beautiful, especially her beam. I always preferred the "Onodi" done in combination. I also love her 1985 worlds compulsory beam. She owns that routine!
Does anybody know what her music was in 1984? The routine does not look like anything that I've seen from her at other competitions. |

All I could find was: 1980: 'Flight of the Bumblebee', Rimsky-Korsakov 1983: 'Nutcracker Suite' from Hooked on Classics 1985: 'Italian Capriccio', Tchaikovsky Anyone else got any clues on 1984? Only thing I can figure based on that info, is that she used 'Nutcracker' for two years.

| I have no idea but the choreography in 1984 is completely different from 1983 and 1985. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhVcea7nn8o&feature=related
Also diferent in 1982 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cG7gN-TEq48 |

| Mostepanova is definitely one of my all time favorites. She had sublime artistry and form.
I am so annoyed that I can not find a video of her Olomouc FX with audio. This is going to drive me insane. |

| I don't know what the soviets were thinking when they recorded the AG's without sound. i mean... music is an integral part of any proper floor routine!
i just imagine soaring strings and Tchaikovsky ballet music. wonder if there's anyone who attended the games in Olomouc who can appease our curiosities? |
